Adolf Pokorny was an Austrian physician who was tried at Nuremberg in the "Doctor's Trial" in 1947, for conducting medical experiments under the Nazi regime; he was acquitted. His sister, Olga Hensel (née Pokorny), testified at the trial on his behalf. During a period of their youth Olga and Adolf Pokorny had lived in Prague and were acquaintances of Franz Werfel. Hans Lamm (b. 1913) was a journalist and writer and after 1961 president of the Jewish community in Munich and active in education. ...
